There are two levels of service: Public or Confidential. Public means that vacancies will be promoted on this website and via MIPAA’s social media tools - with the option of a confidential reference number rather than the company name if preferred.
With the Confidential service, information is known only to the MIPAA committee member responsible for JobSearch – who will contact you privately regarding potential opportunities or candidates. This confidential service is FREE to MIPAA members and available to non-members at a cost of £25 (plus VAT) for a period of 12 weeks.
If you have a post to fill, MIPAA can help you find top talent. Simply complete the online recruiter form and you will be advised when the vacancy goes live on the site.
 JobSearch success: Continental Tyre Group reported a quick result using the MIPAA JobSearch service for a new position. Says Laura Hardy, communications manager: “The successful candidate answered the advert within a couple of hours of it going up on the site and has already started in the new job just over a month later showing the service definitely works.
