MIPAA Limited is managed by an Executive Committee comprising five elected Directors, plus the General Secretary (Director ex-officio).
The members of the 2012 Executive Committee are:

- Membership Director: Belle Moss, Executive Director, Automotive PR Ltd
- Financial Director: Nick Perry, Senior Press Officer, Porsche Cars Great Britain Ltd
- Communications Director: Wayne Bruce, European Communications Director, Infiniti
- General Secretary: Heather Yaxley, Managing Consultant, Applause Consultancy
The Executive Committee forms an Operating Committee annually to assist in the day to day organisation of events, communication, training and other operational aspects.
The 2012 Operating Committee includes the following additional members:

- Gabi Whitfield (Immediate Past Chairman), General Manager Communications Europe at Nissan Europe
- Andy Francis (JobSearch co-ordinator), Director, Performance PR Ltd
- Janet Wilkinson (Events), Communications Manager, SMMT Ltd
- Edmund King (Partnerships), President, Automobile Association
- Caroline Holmes, Senior communications officer, IAM (Institute of Advanced Motorists)
- Charles Davis, Director, Professional Photography
- Ben Sayer, Corporate Marketing Manager, Prodrive Limited
In addition to the 5 members of the Executive Committee, the Operating Committee comprises the Immediate Past Chairman, up to 5 members nominated by the Executive Committee, plus up to 5 selected members who are chosen from those who wish to be considered.
Directors are elected by a vote of full members for a term of one year, with re-election possible for a maximum of five consecutive terms. Full members are invited to stand as Directors as detailed in the company’s Articles of Association.
Anyone wishing to be considered as a selected member on the Operating Committee should contact the General Secretary before 31 December in the year preceding any term of office.
