| Francis Ingham has been Chief Executive of the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) since 2007. He is also a Director of the UK Public Affairs Council and a Trustee of the Speaker’s Corner Trust.
Immediately prior to joining the PRCA, he was Assistant Director General and Head of Public Affairs at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. He was previously a political adviser for the Conservative Party, and headed up local and regional government policy at the CBI.
He spent four years as a Councillor on the London Borough of Enfield, and three as a Non-Executive Director and Vice-Chairman of North Middlesex Hospital. He served on various executives at the Local Government Association and the Association of London Government, and was Secretary of the think tank the Bow Group. He also spent three years as a non-executive member of the Communications Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. |
