The directors of MIPAA Limited are able, at their discretion, to award honorary status to full members in recognition of special contributions to the association.
Honorary members are full members of the company and eligible to vote on resolutions and stand for election as a director.
Gethin Bradley is Honorary Life President in recognition of his double stint as Chairman and management of the association as General Secretary for many years. He is a member of the company’s Operating Committee. Honorary membership has also been awarded to:
- The founding members of “Spoke ‘n’ Word” (on which MIPAA Limited is built)
- Former Chairmen
- The Life President’s 40th anniversary roll call
- A select number of other members – Geoffrey Atkinson OBE, Jeremy Clarke, Paddy Hopkirk, Gerry Kunz OBE*, Biddy Laing*, Mike Palmer, Linda Peerless*, David Roscoe, Janet Wilkinson and Heather Yaxley
